about fitness, with positive pictures of fitness and nice quotes to at least think on, since we all don't look and flex like Eva Marie Pilipuf. Unless I get p'd off, run off or something, I'm going to take most of it from her website www.treeoffitness.com and try to keep updating this thread, where there isn't much happening with the topics.
