Mine was when I stepped on my cord, unplugging myself mid-solo. That's why I've learned to wrap the cord around the strap!

When 4 different girlfriends from 4 different cities showed up at the gig in my hometown...

Leaping off the drum riser, perfectly synchronized with the final chord of the song. My boots hit the stage and went out from under me - I ended up on my a$$ in front of a hall full of people.

In the 80's I was in a Hair Metal band. We had a big stage with powder pots and followspotlights and LOTS of neon spandex.

In Hartford at the Russian Lady we were closing the first set - a VH tune and my spandex trousers zipper seam ripped right down the front about 10".
In the spotlight.
No guitar to cover the plumbing. Embarassed

Although, I recall I did get some new groupies that night. Cool

Anyway, SUPREME EMBARRASSMENT. Laughing
