| Try a little diluted rubbing alcohol. Then just put some polish or wax on it afterward. |

Until recently I'd been packing a Zippo. Consequently there was usually a supply of lighter fluid around. I found that it works pretty well for getting that sticky goo off things, and doesn't seem to hurt any surfaces I've used it on. _________________
