Sooo I've got an Orange RV50 and 4x12 Cab.
Alot of the bigger bands I see live also use a 2x12 Cab ontop of a 4x12. How does this effect the sound? More highs/lows? I'm not thinking about doing it (at least for a while), but I really cant see the advantage of it. _________________ Admin strikes again.

I think first you may want to ask if it's actually being used. As a bassist years ago, I played in several bands where the lead guitarist sported a double Marshall stack, but only one head & one cab were actually being used. The rest was all for show. It did make for an impressive-looking backline I'll admit. _________________

Yeh it looks cool, but if it doesn't serve any practical use, I'm not going to worry about it. _________________ Admin strikes again.

I used to add a 2X12 Fender cab to my Pro Rev. and set it back by the drummer so he could hear what was going on. _________________ "I'm not ignorant, I just don't know stuff" |
